I've been doing turbo jam and sculpt (alternating every couple days) 5 days a week and drinking a ton of water. I have not seen any changes in my body at all, in the 29 days that I've been doing it. I am 5'6 and weigh 140lbs. What am I doing wrong??? I am very frustrated. Should I be joining a gym as well as doing the Turbo Jam 40 mins Cardio Party and 40 mins of Sculpt?<br />Please tell me what I am doing wrong!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
