Lemony Sip-It!
No need to battle the bees (and calories) at carnivals or amusement parks. We swapped sinfully sugary frozen lemonade for an equally sweet guilt-free recipe. Start blending, lemon-lovers! P.S. This also ROCKS when made with pink lemonade mix!
2 tsp. Crystal Light Lemonade powdered drink mix (2 On The Go packets )
1 tsp. fat-free powdered non-dairy creamer (like Coffee-mate Original Fat Free)
1 1/2 cups crushed iced or 8 - 10 ice cubes
Directions: Dissolve creamer in 1/4 cup warm water, and mix well. Add 1 1/4 cups cold water and Crystal Light. Mix well. Place mixture in a blender with the ice. Blend at high speed until thoroughly blended. (If using ice cubes, start with half of the ice. Stop blending occasionally to add a cube or two, and then continue blending -- repeat until desired consistency is reached.) Pour into a tall glass, and then spoon and/or sip your way to lemon satisfaction! (Pssst... for an even slushier and less liquidy consistency, place in the freezer for about 20 minutes before enjoying!) MAKES 1 SERVING

since beginning my Turbo Jam journey back in February I have noticed significant changes in myself, both physically & mentally.
I have your initial Turbo Jam package and your 5-DVD Fat Burning Elite package now. That band for around your lower legs REALLY gets the burn going!
I have commented twice since finding your blog, the last was on May 5th.
I feel a lot happier now. I find I am smiling for no reason. I also find... I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY! Haha. My metabolism is moving!
My obliques are developing, my calves, the rest of my core and biceps as well. It's so crazy to me! I can not believe what I feel when I poke at myself!
When I first saw your commercial I thought you guys were having so much fun. -- Too much fun. Exercise isn't fun.

I'm also adding in running now which is hard, and I am not running for a long amount of time at all -- but I want to compliment your program.
You hav changed my entire lifestyle. I thank-you so much because like your Turbo Guidebook says it is more stressful and much more unhappy to be overweight/inactive.
I just am so proud of my progress so far and I feel like without you I would still be at my size 14 and very unhappy.
Two days ago I bought a size 8!!! That's a single number. I pretty much cried in the dressing room, but I am so pumped for Turbo Jam all the time, it's an amazing program.
I wish I could articulate my feelings to you better. I mean it's this crazy happy feeling in my core, it's like a burning. I'm so happy I made the choice to get on the party train.
Maybe one day I will come from Canada to a Turbo Camp! That would be incredible!

i've been in limbo of making a decision... about your turbo jam packages. i don't know which one to try first. ha.
what would you suggest... im looking to lose my mommy muffin top my 2 beautiful kids gave me, and my thighs, and to achieve my goal of being healthy and lean. i walk 5 km a day with the kids, my husband and i bike every 2-3 days. i've been doing yoga in a class... 3 weeks at a time, every 2-3 months. so i would love to try your program, but am having a hard time deciding on which one to start with. ha. i know.... what a dilemma...
if you could help me out, that would be fantastic.
i read your blog all the time, and i absolutely love all the recipes. especially the ones where i can also sit down and have a drink on a hot summers night without worrying about all the calories... :)
