I have to tell you that I have been using your workouts for the past 2 months on DVD and I have lost 13 pounds. And I owe it all to you. Thank you thank you sooooooo much! Perhaps one day we'll meet in person but until then:

Hi Chalene!
I have no idea if you read these comments but I hope you do and I'm guessing you may. You are fabulous and an inspritation! I happen to be a midwestern gal and an alum of a Big 10 school, like yourself.
Anyway, I have one request for you....since I do not consider myself a "gangsta soccer mom in da house" but simply a soccer mom, sometimes the hip hop stuff can be a bit much for me. Is there any chance you dig some of the great rock bands from the 80's? If not, I wouldn't expect you to do something you're not into. However, if you like some of that music, could you throw some of that stuff in your DVD's? You are so California these days and what couldn't be more California than VH back in the day?
I hope you'll consider it. Thanks for everything!

Hey Chalene! I read a while back you were working on a new workout series (ChaLEAN Extreme). When is it coming out and where can I find out more about it? So excited!

I commented on your March 31st post and I'm back again.
I just wanted to say I'm happy to have found this it's provided me with great tips for eating healthier!
And, I have done turbo jam for 3 and a half months now! I still am in love with it. It's so great. I catch myself laughing and singing to the music and anticipating your, "Reach up now please". Ha, it sounds kind of silly I suppose but thank-you again! I can FEEL abs. I mean, I've still got weight to lose and muscle to tone and tighten. But they're there. They're developing. It's crazy -- 3 months!! "Make those abs strong!"
Thank-you for all your words of encouragement Chalene you're wonderful.
*Hugs & best wishes always*,
Samantha <3

So, are you the same Chalene who used to teach "step insanity" at 24-Hour Fitness in Aliso Viejo on Saturday mornings? I used to live in Laguna Hills and LOVED your class - have been searching for someone HALF as fun as you for 8+ years since I left California. If it's you, I'm totally buying the tapes. Stacy

Chalene,

Wish I could say I love your TurboJam workout...I love watching it on TV...tried to order it and have never received my order. I was told my card(s) didn't go through. Seems strange since I use them all the time and they work fine. Wish I knew how to solve this delima
