YUMMY MONDAYS: Chalene’s Guilt Free Key Lime Protein Pie!


Ingredients: 
1 cup 0% Fage non fat greek yogurt (available at Trader Joes)
Z-sweet or Splenda to desired sweetness (start with 2 packs)
2 heaping tablespoons Light Cool Whip
1 pack True Lime

Directions: 
Throw everyting into a bowl and mix! For a ice-cream like treat, throw it in the freezer for 25 minutes!

Protein: 20g
Carbs: 9g
Fat: 0g

I cannot wait to try this! We go to the Outer Banks every year and I have the Key Lime Pie at a place we love called The Dolphin Den. It is in NO WAY a healthy choice, but hey, it's only once a year! (Well, maybe twice!) I miss the key lime flavor and need something to hold me over until vacation time! Thanks!
