Hello there. I heard you on Gayle King this morning and came to check you out. I have heard her talking about you before and your conversation this morning really got me thinking. Anyway, it seems like the links you have here from your blog to Turbo Jam or your website are broken links. I specifically want the new program you were talking about with Gayle - weight training specific. I am about to be 39, have 4 kids and just want to get to a higher fitness level. I have never had luck with weights before - but I am sort of a wimp too. Anyway, any info would be appreciated.
