1/4 cup pineapple preserves
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (low in sugar if you can OR if you prefer teriyaki sauce that is yummy too!)
Black pepper, to taste
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Turkey Burger Patties (1 pound)
4 slices pineapple
4 leaves curly leaf lettuce
4 Wonder Light Hamburger Buns, split and toasted

Preheat broiler. Combine preserves, barbecue sauce and pepper in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Set aside 1/4 cup sauce to use as condiment. Brush both sides of pineapple with some of the remaining sauce; set aside. Arrange patties on rack in broiler pan 4 inches from heat. Broil about 10 minutes, or until center is no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165° F, turning and brushing often with sauce. Broil pineapple 1 minute, turning once. Place patties on lettuce-lined buns and top with pineapple. Serve with reserved sauce on the side.

Hey girl!!! I can't believe it's you. We went to high school together in Michigan and you even stood up in my wedding (Tina DuBois)!! Imagine my surprise to see you on TV, although I must say I wasn't too surprised. Even when we were young you just had that charisma about you that drew everyone in. I would love to reconnect with you. Please email me sometime at tinadekiere@hotmail.com

You go girl!!!

I am so excited to find your blog! I love Turbo Jam and (when I do the workouts regularly) see results from it. I'm a mother of one who has such a hard time sticking to one thing, but I've been able to come back to Turbo Jam again and again. Thank you!!!

Hey Chalene!
I made my own turkey burgers last nite & they were to die for! I add about 1/3C of finely chopped baby bella mushrooms to a pound of the ground turkey along w/ my homeade bbq sauce & chopped cilantro & parsley. I then melt fat-free mont. jack cheese on top. Yumm! (no roll for me, though)
I'd like you to know that you constantly inspire me to not only workout everyday (lost 12# & 10" w/ TJ!!!) but w/ my artwork. I watch how you are driven by what you love and it makes me realize that we all have the potential to do what we love and be successful and happy at it. You really are inspirational! Please stop by my website sometime & c what my new determination has created. I'd be honored.
Btw, I also put in the good word for you w/ Oprah. Hope u get the call. Best wishes to u and much continued success. Luv ya!! :)

Anonymous: Stick w/ it & you'll get it (& be pretty darn proud of yourself too!). I'm totally uncoordinated & I figured it out. AND, u still burn calories when you do it wrong :)
