YUMMY MONDAY: ALASKAN SEAFOOD LETTUCE CUPS

Try this high protein soooo easy to make snack for under 100 calories! You may just feel like you are eating at a relaxing spa!!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Imitation Crab Meat
1 TSP. Light Manonnaise
1/2 TSP. Wasabi
1/2 TSP. Reduced-sodium Soy Sauce
2 Leaves of Butterleaf Lettuce
PREPARATION:
Shred the imitaion crab and add the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy sauce. Mix together and wrap in lettuce leaves. RELAX & ENJOY!!!
Calories: 75, Protein: 12.5 g, Carbs: 2 g, Fiber: 0.5 g, Fat 2.5 g

Sounds easy and yummy! Thanks for the share, I am going to try this one.
I substitued canned salmon and it tasted excellent! I didn't check the sodium content of it though...
