Here is a List of salad greens and vegetables that can be added to any lunch or dinner meal. Just remember portion size does still count and always use low-calorie dressings such as balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, or a bottled dressing with less than 25 calories a serving. Have fun and create your very own at home salad bar, your kids will love it!!!
