YUMMY MONDAYS: Mandarin Orange Salad Low Calorie Recipe


Ingredients:
6 cups mixed salad greens
Two kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
One, 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
Two or three thin slices of red onion

Directions:
Rinse the salad greens thoroughly and dry.

Arrange greens on four individual plates.

Scatter the kiwi, mandarin oranges, and red onions attractively on top.

Serve with Orange Balsamic Dressing.

Recipe makes 8 servings.

I've been following the turbo jam recipes, mixing and matching from all the different recipes you gave in your starters guide. I've been doing turbo jam and sculpt (alternating every couple days) 5 days a week and drinking a ton of water. I have not seen any changes in my body at all, in the 29 days that I've been doing it. I am 5'6 and weigh 140lbs. What am I doing wrong??? I am very frustrated. Should I be joining a gym as well as doing the Turbo Jam 40 mins Cardio Party and 40 mins of Sculpt?
Please tell me what I am doing wrong!!
