Hello Chalene,
My name is Krista Wise, im 14 years old and i started working out according to your videos on January 1st 2010. My new Years resolution is to lose about 15-20 lbs and be down to 135 lbs. I so far lost 5 lbs (my weight will go up and down from time to time) and i was so happy! It may not be much but im so glad, i am actually trying this time.
