NO! You're all wrong! We need more 20 and 30 minute workouts. Who has 60 minutes for cardio? And if you do, why not just do two 30 minute workouts? Please, Chalene, more 30 minute and 20 minute workouts!

The Turbo Kick at the gym is only 45 minutes of cardio, and the last 15 minutes are abs and leg strengthening stuff, plus a stretch. but some instructors do more turbos, we are still usually done with the cardio by 45 minutes into the workout. So why don't you all be happy with 35 minutes of cardio and ask for a 45 mimnute cardio workout, if that's what we are usesd to a the gyms? Just a thought of mine...

I am new to turbo jam and love it. Even though I'm doing p90x I try and squeeze in at least the 20 min workout. I do wish one thing- that you would focus on having a stronger heart instead of looking better in a bathing suit or burning calories.I say this because my kids often wander in while I exercise and see/hear the video. My goal is for them to exercise for their heart and health first and foremost. I turn the volume down just so they don't receive more of society's message of sexy/slim/sexy.I love your passion,enthusiam and that you were once a SPARTAN!!!

I have to disagree with the last commentary. If you ever read any of Chaleens newsletters you would know that she is 100% about what you have on the inside and being a kinder, nicer person. She focus on the fact that she encourages us to work out for our minds and how good it makes us feel and that the calories and fat loss are just the extra added bonus.

I think that positive people hear the positive and negative people only hear the negative. Chaleen, I commend you for your positive outlook and for making this workout "real" and using "real" people and real body types. It must be hard to please everyone. I hope you know that what you do is appreciated by many who don't know how to get on a computer and post annonymous criticism.

WHO HAS TIME FOR 60 MINUTES OF CARDIO OR 60 MINUTES OF WORKOUT? WHY NOT ASK THOSE FOLKS WHO HAVE DONE P90X AND SLIM SERIES? AS YOUR FITNESS LEVEL IMPROVES, YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF TO THE NEXT LEVEL. WHY JUST STICK TO 20 MINUTES? 20 MINUTES IS GREAT IF YOU'RE DOING HIIT TRAINING. I DON'T BELIEVE THE EXCUSE "WE DON'T HAVE TIME." WE SHOULD ALL MAKE TIME TO KEEP FIT. I AM A WORKING WIFE AND MOTHER OF 4 KIDS ALL UNDER 10. I STILL HAVE TIME TO WORK OUT 60 MINUTES 6x A WEEK. AFTER EACH BIRTH, I STARTED WORKING OUT AT 20-30 MINUTES FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT I DIDN'T STOP THERE. I SET UP GOALS LIKE 45 MINUTES THEN 60 MINUTES.MY ENDURANCE LEVEL IS NOW MUCH IMPROVED. 20 MINUTES DOESN'T DO IT FOR ME ANYMORE. I BELIEVE THERE ARE PLENTY OF BEGINNER LEVEL VIDEOS IN THE MARKET. I DO LOVE MY TURBO JAM SET AND I WOULD LOVE MORE INTENSITY!

Please do more advanced workouts 45-60 minutes in length. Word is that your upcoming workouts are short (only 30 minutes). A lot of people are very disappointed in the fitness forums.

I guess the differing comments just points out that you can't please all the people all the time. TJ rocks without a doubt. Chalene you make TJ the awesome workout that we have discovered and now love. Thank you for that.

O.K. can I say that I am disappointed that the new workouts are short (without getting jumped on anyway). I had hoped for longer workouts certainly in line with 45-60 minutes. I know I can double them up and do at this point but longer continuous cardio would be preferable for me. This request in no way negates how great I think TJ is.

Thanks for bringing such a wonderful program to all of us.

Hey Guys,

The best shape I was EVER in was when I was doing 30 minutes of INTENSE hard core cardio which incorporated intervals(turbos) and 30 minutes of weight work. In one hour I had done it all. The only bummer was that the cardio was on a treadmill and I wanted to die of boredom.
Something tells me that this is exactly whats coming our way with the new videos...and its fun.

Hey Chalene,
Just want you to know I am loving the workouts - So much fun!!! I want some of those clothes - especially the longer tank tops.
But most importantly, I look forward to the fun of the workouts, and even my 9 year old son is diggin' it - he was ticked that I didn't wake him to workout at 6am monday morning.
I just have to get working on eating healthier. I have good days and not so good days - I need to build some good habits.
Thanks for helping me get started.

30 minutes or 60 minutes, doesn't matter to me!! As long as I get a Turbo Fix I am cool!!!
I love this workout,and I can make it as low or as high impact as I feel like going that day, and still feel good!!!

Hey there Chalene!

My fervent request is for you to have DVD workouts similar to your Turbo Kick classes. They are one hour right? 45 minutes of kickboxing and 15 minutes of target toning. I think that would be perfect on DVDs! A lot of us don't have time to go to a Live Turbo Kick class that's why we rely on your DVDs. Hope you can give us more intense and more fun Cardio Parties! Cardio Party 3,4,5,5,7,8,9,10! That would be a blast! 45 minutes of cardio plus 15 minutes of target toning is PERFECT! Thanks for reading, Chalene!

I am so excited to see both 30 and 60 minute videos coming out! There are times where I am not able to devote a full hour to the workout and other times I can. Having the new videos will be perfect! It allows us to make the program work for US!

I don't think we should be coming on Chalenes blog and filling it up with arguements and contridiciting statements. Lets just apprecite the fact that we are all different in many ways! If the world was full of people just like me, I would be bored as heck!
